Limestone Property Investments Ltd is a residential property investment company based in West Midlands. We currently source, renovate and let properties for private clients. Our mission is to buy, refurb and develop unloved, neglected properties and turn them into excellent quality affordable accommodation for students and professionals.

Steve Guest is the founding member of Limestone Property Investments Ltd and has been investing in property since 2016. Steve’s qualification in Accountancy & Finance and Marketing Management has allowed him to utilise his strong financial & methodical approach to the business, coupled with the last 11 years spent recruiting for commercial construction staff across the West Midlands – including Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Planners, plus operational project managers and construction trade staff whilst working with some notable construction clients and housing development businesses.

Prior to recruitment, Steve worked as both a construction buyer and a strategic commodity buyer and is therefore, well versed in the art of negotiation. Steve has the necessary skills to project manage the property refurbishments & investments whilst having the added advantage of knowing the right person for the job when needed for any particular trade or construction scenario (not to mention the going charge rates!).
